Ryan is a Registered Kinesiologist with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is passionate about helping clients decrease pain and improve their movement abilities through evidence-based exercise and functional rehabilitation. Ryan takes an approachable and supportive attitude toward care, working with each client to create personalized programs that fit their specific goals and lifestyle. He enjoys helping people return to the activities they love while promoting long-term health and confidence in movement.
