Lance Panaligan
About
Lance graduated from Centennial College in 2025. He chose to be a Registered Massage Therapist because of his passion of sports, lifting and overall the movement of the human body. Lance has a background in competitive powerlifting and knows the therapeutic needs that these activities require.
He is very passionate about helping people move pain free and to relieve their stress to prepare themselves in their day to day lives. Lance is proficient in Deep Tissue Techniques, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release Techniques and Remedial Exercises.
