Darion MacKinnon

Darion is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. With a strong background in fitness, he has a particular interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and helping clients build resilience through movement.

His treatments focus on restoring function, decreasing pain, and improving mobility so patients can return to their daily activities, training, or work feeling stronger and more confident. He believes education and movement play an essential role in long-term recovery and strives to ensure each client feels informed and actively involved in their treatment plan.

In addition to therapeutic massage, Darion is trained in cupping therapy, Gua Sha, and instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, which he integrates when appropriate to enhance recovery and address soft tissue restrictions. Darion recently completed advanced sport massage training and is keen to continue to work towards his eventual certification as a Sports Massage Therapist. He is committed to providing care in a professional, supportive environment where each client’s goals and comfort come first.
