Dallas Burke
About
Dallas began his journey in physical health and wellness on the football field, where he experienced firsthand the physical demands of sport. Working with strength and conditioning coaches and rehabilitation specialists sparked his interest in helping others return to, and improve in, the activities they enjoy.
He is a registered Kinesiologist and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Literacy from Mount Royal University, with a focus on strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. This foundation supports a balanced approach to performance, health, and wellness.
Dallas is passionate about optimizing movement and is committed to helping individuals stay active through personalized training programs and one-on-one support.
