Allan has been offering a wide range of psychological services for fifteen years. He is a registered clinical psychologist, licensed through the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners and a member of the Association of Psychologists for Nova Scotia.
Allan uses a very relaxed, eclectic approach with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy and other research-based/supported techniques. His areas of practice include pain management, stress management, anger management, the treatment of insomnia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and most other mental health concerns.
